Paula Brennan M.I.P.A.V., M.C.E.I.
Paula is a fully qualified Certified Auctioneer & Valuer and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. A Director of the firm, she is totally familiar with all sectors of the property market. Paula initiated the link up between Mooney Estates and a high- profile firm of Spanish Estate Agents in Malaga province which has proven to be particularly successful with numerous clients having acquired excellent residential/ investment properties in superb locations in southern Spain.

Roisin Mooney- O’ Sullivan M.I.P.A.V., M.C.E.I.
Roisin is a fully qualified I.P.A.V. member and has many years experience of the property market in the North Wexford/ South Wicklow area. She has a particular knowledge of the commercial market in the Gorey area and has negotiated the sales of numerous commercial/ rental properties.

Anna, a graduate in Business Studies has been with the firm a number of years and is fully au fait with all aspects of the property market. A valued member of the team, she carries out an extensive volume of valuations on behalf of clients and the major financial institutions.

Karen Morris B.Sc. A.V.E.A.
Karen, a graduate with a B.Sc. degree in Auctioneering, is a native of the Gorey area and is completely familiar with the property market in the area. Karen has a particular interest in developing the firm’s Spanish property portfolio, is familiar with our Spanish properties and well placed to advise clients on all matters relating to the acquisition of superior residential/ investment properties.
