Our 'For Sale' and 'New Developments' properties are carefully selected in terms of quality, location, accessibility and nearby facilities, and resulting from many years experience of this part of Spain, are located on the Costa Tropical, a picturesque stretch of coastline east of Malaga, the provincial capital of the Spanish province of Andalucia with its international airport and excellent road and rail links to all of Spains major cities.

The Costa Tropical boasts more days of sunshine during the year than any other part of Europe and with Malaga only a 2½ hour flight from Dublin it is proving to be a most attractive location for the more discerning purchasers from Northern Europe who do not wish to buy into the more densely populated resorts of the Costa Del Sol west of Malaga. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the area and the ski stations of the Sierra Nevada are only a 90 minute drive inland. (From December to March you can ski in the mornings and be back to sunbathe on the beach for the afternoon!).

Most of the properties are located in or close to the wonderful “white villages” that typify this part of Southern Spain and are all within approximately a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport. Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Iberia and other airlines offer daily flights from Dublin to Malaga and, while car hire from Malaga airport is extremely efficient and simple to arrange, there is also a frequent and excellent bus service along the coast.
